![]() ![]() Dying doesn't necessarily mean you can't achieve Gold Ratings any more, but it'll cost you the Survivor bonus and it adds additional time, lowering the Clear Time Bonus, so you want to avoid dying as much as possible. Just make sure you finish the level as fast as possible while varying between melee kills, headshot and tag team kills. The multiplier might be lower for the difficulty setting below Detective but you will still easily achieve Gold Ratings on Officer or Cadet difficulty. They stack across the difficulties, so you don't want to do them on Detective this time. In case you didn't achieve Gold Ratings on all of the chapters the first time around, now is the time to complete them. Check the trophy guide for further information on how to unlock it. NOTE: There is only one hidden trophy that you won't unlock just by playing through the game - "Protect the Innocent". Especially seeing that you get a 1,5 points multiplier on Detective (1,25 on Officer, 1,0 on Cadet). So you won't have too much trouble beating the game while earning Gold Rankings on most, if not all, of the chapters. ![]() The highest difficulty setting for DtR:R isn't that bad, though. There are 50 Cop Badges total, 5 in every chapter (excluding the prologue and epilogue). While playing through the game make sure you'll pick up all of the Cop Badges. The highest difficulty is available from start so you should start your first playthrough on Detective.
